1. Services Provided

Cassadaga Movers provides residential and commercial moving services, including packing, loading, unloading, transportation, and storage solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time without notice.

2. Booking and Payment

• To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information.
• A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon completion of the move.
• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, checks, and cash.
• All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.

3. Responsibilities of Customers

• You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding your move, including the size of the property and any special requirements.
• You agree to ensure that all items to be moved are properly packed and ready for transport.
• You are responsible for the safety and security of your property during the moving process, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

4. Liability

• Cassadaga Movers is not liable for any damage to items that are not packed or secured by our team.
• We offer insurance coverage for your items during transport. Additional coverage can be purchased for valuable or fragile items.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the moving services provided, and we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Force Majeure

Cassadaga Movers is not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
